Launch list privacy
Effective November 1, 2026. This notice applies to the MOVR website launch list, operated by MOVR Technologies Inc. The pre-release apps have a separate privacy notice.
What you share
We collect your email address, city or area, whether you’re interested in riding, driving or both, and the time and version of your consent. We use these details to understand launch interest and send relevant MOVR launch updates. Joining does not create an app account, reserve a ride, approve a driver application or collect payment.
Where it goes
The website is hosted by Vercel. Signup details are stored with Supabase and are accessible to authorized MOVR personnel. We do not sell your signup details. No advertising or analytics cookies are used on this website. Our hosting providers may process ordinary request and security logs under their own privacy policies.
To limit automated submissions, the signup service temporarily stores a keyed hash derived from the request’s IP address and an attempt count. It does not store the raw IP address in the signup database. These rate-limit records are deleted after 24 hours by an hourly cleanup.
Your choice and removal link
After signup, the page provides a private removal link. Save it. Opening the link and selecting “Remove my signup” deletes active launch-list entries associated with that email. No confirmation email is sent at signup. The link does not contain your email address, but anyone who has it can remove the associated signup.
If you lose your link, you can submit the same email again and use the new removal link to remove all entries for that email. No account or password is needed. This list records interest only, so email ownership is not verified at signup. Any future launch email will include an unsubscribe option.
How long we keep it
Active signup records are automatically removed 180 days after submission by an hourly cleanup, or earlier when you use your private removal link. Deleted records may remain in restricted provider backups until those backups expire. New submissions have their own retention period.
